BOARD AND DONOR ADVANCEMENT
We seek to increase ministry impact by mobilizing relationships and multiplying resources. Board Advancement provides training and resources for FCA staff to expand the ministry by recruiting, training, developing and mobilizing board members. We do this through three Board Advancement initiatives: Invite, Involve and Invest.
Donor Advancement provides tools, resources and training for FCA staff to fund the ministry. We do this through three donor advancement initiatives: Connect, Communicate and Care.
